Soap Trailer Pitch (Group Planning)

During the time of planning what was going to be included within our soap trailer, we also had to create a pitch/presentation within our teams showing the group the ideas that we have come up with so far. Within our presentations we discussed what our initial ideas were and what the group thought about these ideas. Once we delivered our pitch, we received feedback from the group which could help us develop our ideas for our stories within the soap. The stories that we had planned for our soap trailer were the Drug Issues, Family Issues and Financial Issues.

Before beginning our filming, we decided that these issues above were going to be the three main issues that were going to be raised within our soap trailer. We thought that these were the most beneficial ideas that we could use for stories within our soap trailer because our groups plan was to aim the soap at 16-24 years off age, therefore we thought that these stories would be more suitable and would relate to this age group. We were organised about how we going to set up the shots during the filming, as we already had the locations set for each of the stories that we sure about using. For example for the drug story, we had already planned the 2 of the possible locations that we could use, this was the same with the two other stories raised within our soap trailer.
